Welcome to Noble Gems. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, online store, enquiry channels, product listings, custom jewellery services, and any purchase made from Noble Gems.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, making payment, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any order.
We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any update means that you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
1. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product information, pricing, images, descriptions, specifications and availability shown on our website or communication channels are accurate and up to date.
However, product images may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to photography, lighting, screen settings, display resolution or image enlargement. Colours, diamond appearance, metal tone and gemstone shade may also vary slightly from actual items.
Measurements, carat weight, metal weight, dimensions and other specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of jewellery production, finishing and handcrafting.
2. Product Availability and Pricing
All products, diamonds, gemstones, settings and custom order options are subject to availability.
Prices may change without prior notice due to changes in diamond supply, gold price, platinum price, exchange rate, production cost, supplier availability or other market conditions.
Although we try our best to avoid errors, pricing, product descriptions or availability may occasionally be displayed inaccurately due to system, typographical or human error. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time.
If an item has been listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price, or we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid where applicable.
We are not obligated to honour incorrect prices caused by system error, typographical error or obvious pricing mistake.
3. Diamond Certification
Lab grown diamonds above 1ct offered by Noble Gems are IGI graded unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, the diamond will come with an IGI grading report and laser inscription for verification. Customers are encouraged to review the diamond certificate, specifications and details before confirming their order.
Diamond grading reports are issued by independent gemological laboratories. Noble Gems does not control or alter the grading results issued by such laboratories.
For certified diamonds, the accompanying grading report, certificate number and laser inscription are important documents for identification and verification.
4. Lab Grown Diamonds
Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds. They are grown in a controlled laboratory environment rather than mined from the earth.
Lab grown diamonds are not diamond simulants such as cubic zirconia or moissanite.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Noble Gems’ accessible diamond pricing refers to lab grown diamonds.
5. Custom Orders
Custom jewellery orders may include engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond jewellery, gemstone jewellery, personalised designs, size-specific rings or made-to-order pieces.
Custom orders usually take around 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the design, diamond availability, material, production schedule and complexity of the item.
The timeline provided is an estimate only. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, production adjustments, quality control, logistics, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Once a custom order is confirmed and payment is made, production or sourcing may begin. Customers are responsible for checking all order details carefully before proceeding.
6. Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Noble Gems.
For custom orders, customers must confirm the design, diamond specifications, metal type, ring size, engraving details and any other relevant information before production begins.
Once the order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible. If changes are possible, additional charges or extended production time may apply.
7. Payment
We currently accept payment via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are required to share valid payment proof or transaction reference with us after making payment.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
Please do not share sensitive banking information such as online banking passwords, OTP codes, card PINs or full card details with us.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers are advised to check all order details carefully before making payment.
Once full or partial payment has been made, we assume that the customer has reviewed and agreed to the item, diamond specification, design, price, size, metal type and order details.
As our products may be specially sourced, made to order, customised or reserved for each customer, we do not allow cancellation or refund once payment has been made.
Refunds or cancellation requests will only be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion, such as where the item cannot be supplied or there is a verified error that cannot be resolved.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine jewellery, diamonds, custom orders and made-to-order items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless expressly agreed by Noble Gems.
Returned items, where accepted, must be in original, unworn, undamaged condition with all certificates, packaging, documents and accompanying materials.
Items that have been worn, resized, altered, engraved, damaged, customised or specially ordered are not eligible for return or exchange.
10. Warranty
Our warranty covers standard manufacturing defects on the jewellery.
Manufacturing defects may include issues caused by production faults, subject to inspection and confirmation by Noble Gems.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, impact, bending, scratches, dents, chemical exposure, loss of stones due to force, unauthorised repair, resizing by third parties, or failure to care for the jewellery properly.
If an issue is caused by wear and tear or accidental damage, we may offer repair services at a reasonable cost.
11. Repairs and Resizing
We offer resizing and repair services where possible.
A small charge may apply depending on the ring design, metal type, size adjustment, labour required, stone setting and condition of the jewellery.
Some ring designs may have resizing limitations, especially eternity bands, full pavé rings, engraved rings, tension settings or designs with stones around the band.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size before production. If the wrong size is provided, resizing charges may apply.
12. Self-Collection, Delivery and Shipping
We usually recommend self-collection for fine jewellery so customers can check the item personally upon collection.
Shipping or delivery may be arranged upon request. Delivery services may be available within Klang Valley, subject to arrangement and availability.
For shipping outside Klang Valley or Malaysia, additional charges, courier requirements, insurance, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply.
Once an item is handed over to the delivery provider, delivery timing may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, customs or other external factors.
13. Risk and Inspection Upon Collection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their jewellery upon self-collection or delivery.
Once the item has been collected, delivered or accepted, it will be considered received in good condition unless an issue is raised immediately.
Noble Gems will not be responsible for damage, loss or issues caused after collection or delivery due to mishandling, improper care, accident or third-party alteration.
14. Jewellery Care
Fine jewellery should be handled with care.
Customers should avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfume, lotion, chlorine, cleaning products, heavy impact, extreme force or improper storage.
We recommend removing jewellery before exercise, swimming, housework, sleeping or activities that may damage the jewellery.
Regular cleaning and professional checking are recommended to maintain the condition of your jewellery.
15. Website Content
All content on our website, including text, images, product photos, graphics, layout, design, logos, branding, descriptions and other materials, belongs to Noble Gems or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, upload, publish, sell or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our written consent.
16. User Submissions
If you send us reviews, photos, comments, suggestions, enquiries, testimonials or other materials, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
Where you provide reviews, testimonials or user-generated content, you agree that Noble Gems may use them for customer service, internal records, marketing, website display or social media purposes, unless you inform us otherwise.
We will not publish sensitive personal information without consent.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website or communication channels may include links to third-party websites, payment platforms, delivery services, social media pages or external resources.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, security or services of third-party websites or platforms.
Customers should review the relevant terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
18. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Gems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, services or inability to use our website.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Noble Gems harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from your misuse of our website, breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of any law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
21. Force Majeure
Noble Gems will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligation caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
This may include supplier delays, logistics disruption, customs delay, natural disasters, accidents, government action, labour issues, system failures, pandemics, currency disruption, material shortages or other unforeseen circumstances.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising from the use of our website, products, services or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
