Why are your 1ct diamonds only from RM1,000?

At Noble Gems, we source our lab grown diamonds directly from the factory with no unnecessary middleman markups. This allows us to offer IGI-certified diamonds at more accessible prices, so more people can enjoy beautiful diamonds without overpaying.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. Our lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds. Lab grown diamonds above 1ct are IGI graded and come with a laser inscription for verification.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers standard manufacturing defects on the jewellery. If there are issues caused by daily wear and tear, accidental damage, or long-term usage, we are still happy to assist with repair at a reasonable cost.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept payment via bank transfer. Once payment has been made, kindly share the payment proof with us for confirmation.

How long does an order take?

Custom orders usually take around 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the design, material and production schedule. We will update you once your order is ready.

What metal do you use?

We commonly use 14K and 18K gold for our jewellery. Platinum is also available upon request.

What happens if the ring size is wrong?

We offer resizing services for a small charge. The final cost will depend on the ring design, size adjustment and metal type.

Do you offer shipping?

We usually self-collection for fine jewellery. Delivery services are also available within Klang Valley for a fee. However, shipping is available upon request.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

As each order is specially arranged or customised, we advise customers to check all details carefully before proceeding. Once payment has been made, we do not allow cancellations or refunds.
